I'm not dead.

I've never been known for my subtlety, but just thought I'd clear that issue up real quick.  If you have no idea what I'm talking about, please read the title of this post.

Anyways, today is my computer science final exam at 1300 and then my discrete math exam at 1730 (yep, 5:30-8:30pm on a Friday, FML).  Do I feel prepared?  Nope, not even close.  #Priorities = I'm pretty concerned over my math exam being during dinner time.  I need food to be smart but I have to be there to take this exam.  I'm sure it will be fine, but ugh just one more thing to think about.

Yesterday, I spent about 4 hours cleaning my house since the cleaning lady canceled on me Wednesday morning because of sick kids instead of studying.  But really, it was for the best since if I had been studying, I would have only been thinking of all the cleaning I needed to be doing.  Catch-22, story of my life.

Fun fact: I've never read Catch-22.
Another fun fact: You can deduce my mental state from this post and it's randomness.

Anyways, this is just a quick update to let you know I will be back when my desk isn't swimming under a sea of papers with computer code and "math" that looks a lot like writing prompts I did in 10th grade, but with a few equations and numbers tossed in there to spice things up.

Wish me luck.  At some point, I fell off the train in computer science and now have no idea wtf I'm doing, even though it should be super simple.  I'm blaming wedding brain for causing me to "black out" during the most imperative part of the semester.  Unfortunately, this blackout also affects me in all my other classes too.  Swell.

As for math, you've heard me bitch about it all semester, so I don't have to tell you about that shit show.

Oh yeah, and for a fun curve ball, I volunteered us to host the neighborhood holiday party tomorrow night and I have ZERO things prepared for it (with the exception of wrapped white elephant gifts) AND I'm running the Kiawah half marathon in the morning, ANDDDD it's projected to be 40°F AND raining.  Accurate representation of my life? Possibly.

Good morning, Charleston.
If you look closely, you can see the Ravenel (Bridge) in the distance.
